Taryn is based in the Cotswolds and takes as her inspiration the astonishing beauty of nature that surrounds her.  Since graduating in Fine Art at Solent University, Southampton in 1998, she has taken her natural flair for texture and colour to create an extraordinary style of painting that draws you straight into the heart of the subject matter. Bold yet disciplined techniques bring a vibrant energy to her work. But it is that indefinable quality that elevates her art, whether in a powerful life study of an owl or an abstract exploration of light and shade.
